800 mm Dia Pipes, the Jointing Procedures are :-
- Scanco Joints :
The above pipes will be fully coated including the Joints.
- Flanged Joints : The above pipes
will be fully coated including the Flanges.

Factory Coated Tees, Bends are available.
- Site fabricated
fittings can be coated with Solid Co-Polymer to make it 100%
Corrosion proof specials.

For 900 mm to 2200 mm Dia Pipes, the
Jointing
Procedures are :-
M.S. to M.S. Direct Welding Joints :
“SMOOTHFLOW” Pipes from 900 mm & above are entirely coated,
leaving 100 mm pipe uncoated, internally and externally. After
the M.S. to M.S. pipes are welded at site, the balance uncoated
pipes are coated at site with Solid Co-Polymer supplied by us.
